For those using Media Monkey , hopefully this saves you some time.

I've been converting a ton of stuff tonight. Media Monkey has always been super stable. Anyway, I had 3 songs come up as not being successfully converted. I rebooted my machine, tried again, and Voila!, it was good to go and all was well.
