And there will continue to be voter fraud even in the hand counted ballots until some form of positive ID is required to vote. I hear all the complaints that forcing an ID is not fair and is discriminatory, no it just a way to make sure the person voting is really the person voting. Anyone in this country without a drivers license, passport, government ID, etc can get an ID issued like a non-driver id. If they care enough to want to vote they could get one. Beside voting how do these people without ID cash a check. This is all just an excuse so voter fraud can continue.
