Chauvet Min Spot or Revo III?

What lights would put a better show 2 Min Spots or Revo III's?

...style of lights. Cost wise, the Revo is a lot less, but functionally, the Mins are mini moving heads with vastly different displays. Have you seen the video of the "wall" of MinSpots at the Chauvet booth from a few months ago?

I got to play with a MinSpot up at Ben's showroom, and couldn't believe the small size. These lights are going to be really cool for the mobile DJ. Very smooth stepper motors and really brilliant colors.

hmmmm.... whats the cost of the Mini Spots....

After I get a couple of ColorPallettes from Ben I will be looking at spots and scanners.... probably get two of each plus another light tree with the extra arms like I have now.... and the mini spost be truss mounted?

If the MinSpot had a replaceable gobo, I would buy it in a heart-beat!

...but I'd have to guess that it can be. Ben, can you pipe in here... I recall some other hardware in the box, but don't recall exactly what it was.

I just got back from the IDJNow store in Babylon, NY & I too saw the 'Wow' factor with the Minspots... Very Kewl.

They had 8 of them truss mounted - so YES, you can truss mount these. Unfortunately, I didn't see how this was done.

But hold on to your hats.... NAMM is this week & I'm sure ADJ will deliver something that's gonna go head to head with the Minspot....:sqwink:

Mmmmm, I like! 51 pounds sucks but I could get one of these instead of a Martin PR-1 and use it to project custom gobo's for the client all over the room! :sqbiggrin: Nice find!
