This is weird....
I use Yahoo for my web hosting and can view some site statistics such as number of times a page has been viewed, search engine used, keywords, etc...
Today, I look at my site and my index page which had over 800 hits is now only showing 1 some of my other pages are showing pretty close to what I expect to see...
Anyone else experienceing statistic problems with Yahoo?

wow some more weirdness.... I looked at the NAMM 2008 thread and now that is the title of OurDJTalk.... instead of the current thread topic or the main one from the meta tags.......
I think I'm in the equivalant of an internet twighlight zone....:sqerr::sqconfused:

If a spider (there are more than one type of spiders like you think of for search engines) is crawing around your site it may inflate your numbers.

I don't think its a spider... my numbers were truely at about 863 just for my index page alone.... this after almost a year online... and all of a sudden today when I look it shows 1 hit while all my other pages still show what I expected them to show.... for example my weddings.html is still at 140 hits....

I see it once in a great while -- maybe once a year. All the stats will show very low numbers for a day or two, then return to normal.
Download your log files, and run them through an analyzer, and you should get the proper results...
Yahoo's Control Panel stats are just weird :sqerr:

I'll have to do that... cause yesterday it showed 2 hits on my index page and now today... it shows zero.... funny thing is it doesn't seem to have affected any of my other pages..... just the index.... weird :sqerr::sqconfused:
