Well I was getting rather dissapointed with Traktor for a bit, I was having problems with if feezing, and locking up the audio (I am using Numark Total Control and Numark DJIO) So I Started messing with the settings
Finally it turns out, I had to dissable the wireless and LAN, It works perfect, little to no leg, No jumps, No freezing... I did the full bar gig without having to fade over to my MP3 Player and I found the gig a whole lot easier and less stressful.... I even got out on the dance floor:sqwink:
Worth Noting
Acer Notebook, 1GB, 1.7GHz Intel Celeron Processor, 60GB HD, external 320GB HD, Numark DJIO and Numark Total Control (External and both Numark Devices go into a USB Hub) and Traktor 3.3.1

Thanks

Traktor is the best! im not running 3.3 tho..im running the usual traktor scratch on vinyl of course with my beautiful technics. Works Flawlessly! Ive been using it for about 6 months noq. Im running it on a macbook pro with a 320 GB External Seagate HD. Works perfect, only thing is as you may have noticed, you have to cancel or close your broadband connection. Another great tip is to use firewire instead of using a USB hub. Its said to create some lag or problems with users. Of course if your running a Mac

I started with traktor 2.5, IBM P3 800 MHZ and 512 memory.
If I remember correctly I was runing only 6 services . Never had crush or even system freeze.
Funny thing, today my main laptop Fujitsu duo core 1.6 still has 2.5 version and my back up has 2.63.

I'm still looking for better software from but even Native could not improve those versions. Sure they add more bells but lost a lot of what I call "easy functionality"
Never had any problem with 2.63 because of the WiFi and my connection is always on.
