I have never seen them mentioned on any of the boards. Seems kind of strange since Leviton makes almost anything having to do with electrical wiring and lighting.

Doug, have not seen that on any professional bands lighting rider. Personally never heard of it.

I used to work at a club that had a Leviton controller (non-pc). It was sweet. The nicest lighting controller I have ever used. It was also expensive around $1500.

LOL Cam, our definition of expensive is different haha... Try 6K for one of the rider friendly Grand-MA DMX boards! Chills run up my spine when I hear the cost on those!

(Aside: The Sun-Light software or Elation Compu-Pro software as it is branded in the US is really good stuff, http://www.nicolaudie.com/ (http://www.nicholaudie.com) is the site I believe)

$1500 compared to $500 for a Martin board that has mostly the same features. That's expensive.

Especially cause they were using it to controll 4 scanners a bunch of pars and 3 on / off non-dmx lights.

I know lighting can get very advanced but I was comparing on the average DJ setup level not the pro touring.

The Show Designer 1 lets you control 512 channels and is just under $1000
