Your sound will run on one circuit.

Get yourself a couple 100' 12/3 extension cables, this will allow you to go and find unused circuits else where in the facility. Sometimes you have to be creative like out a window and down to the basement.

The alternative is to get a power distribution system and tie into a panel. This should only be done by a qualified person.

I can't exactly tell what you have in you lighting rig.
Do you have par cans on the dmx power packs?

If not...

4 dj scans are 10A not 20A
2 Kitnas are 11A not 14A
Mega Flash = 7A
Mirror Ball Motor .75A

Total = 28.75A

Meaning you need 2 normal household circuits to power you lighting rig.

Then a 3rd circuit for your sound to be safe.

Stragiticly planning you can get away probally with 2 - 20A circuts but 3 would be best to be safe.

well my dj scan hps are normally pluged in2 1 15A powerpack and with 4 of the the breaker on the pack trips after 2 min

so im guessing the dj can hps need 2 be seperated 2 to 1 15Apack

Well, According to my calculations (I am an electrical engineer) when taking the specs and info directly form the manufacture....
250's = 250W (lightbulb) + additional circitry - Gives about 2.5A
Chauvet = 525W Peak - Giving 8.8A
1 Mega Flash - 800W - 6.67A

Note, all calculations are based on 120V...
I dont see how the 250 trip the breaker @ 4, if they are the only thing on the breaker... I would check it out... Another option is to get yourself a clampon multimeter, and read the current travelling through your wire...
As for hooking them up, I would say 2 250 and 1 chauvet on a circuit, and then put the strobe on any one, as I assume you shut down all other lights when the strobe runs....
I personally will not use a strobe... but thats me...
PS... Tried seaching the power packs??? what are they... just breakers??? If thats what they are, get ride of them, Everything up in your rig is DMX, minus the chauvets, which just need some sort of remote switch...
Thanks and good luck with the truss... would love to see a picture....

Are you turning the DJ scans on and off as you need with the power pack? If you're doing this I would recommend using a DMX controller which will keep them on and the fans running even if you black the lights out. The intel's are supposed to be turned on and left on for the night. I'm running 4 Chauvet Intimidator 2.0's, 4 DMX-500 color changer's an Insignia 2.0 off a single 20 AMP breaker.

The power pack should not be on the DMX lighting... just the 2 chauvets...

so i should eliminate the power packs .. im also thinkin the 15amp breaker on 1na the
powerpack might be bad.. : (

I never new those were DMX... Well I learned something today... Just get yourself some nice power cords and get them with the DMX cable tied on the trusses... that way the setup will just be the plug and play... No power pack...

JK is correct I have both my power cables and DMX cables attached to my truss. I just run two custom extension cords to my 20 AMP circuit. Once the lights are on they won't be turned off until the end of the party y leave them in blackout mode for some minutes to let the fans cool everything down and then I turn off the circuit.

Sounds awsome.. Just a bit of advice, Get a bigger truss if your hanging the dj spot 300z's. The pics look awsome, but for safety reasons, You may want to look for some box truss... Not to sure what kind of vehical you have, but I know some guys have the box truss fully wired, ready to go with clamps, they just pop up truss on the tripods, hang the lights and crank....
