What song is this? From Smokey and the Bandit.Papa Deuce 02-17-2008, 03:09 AM On the party posse bus, a song from this movie was played. I never saw the movie. I know that: A: it is a remake by a Canadian band. B: It has lyrics about "doing things they say couldn't be done", or something to that effect. C: It was HIGHLY singable and enjoyable. After watching all 3, it;s easy to see how #2 kinda flopped, so they tried really hard in #3 to get back to the way #1 was.
