I am hoping they get the merger going because people have been talking about an "a la carte" plan that I would like. I got my wife a radio for X-Mas and paid for a few years of service at just under 12 bucks a month for all the channels, of course. People have been talking about a plan where you can choose the 20-30 channels you want ONLY and pay like $6.50 a month. If that was the case I'd buy myself a radio to listen to in my office and car. If XM & Sirius combine I don't see how it would be that bad. They can't get too greedy because they still have to compete with terrestrial radio, internet radio, iPods, mobile DJ's with huge personal music libraries...
