Song Namepedersen 02-24-2008, 11:50 AM I have heard a song on MMRadio, that goes like this: doo doo doo, doo doo do do, someone the can tell me the artist or name on this song? barry stamper 02-24-2008, 12:50 PM Oh great question I know this one it's called the doo doo song hey I'm lookin forward to your post :sqwink: DJ Ronster 02-24-2008, 01:18 PM A genre or approximate decade would be helpful - male? female? anything besides Doo Doo? pedersen 02-24-2008, 01:28 PM It´s a dance/trance song, it`s a male who sings doo doo. Request Line Productions 02-24-2008, 01:31 PM Beck - We Dance Alone pedersen 02-24-2008, 01:33 PM I mean the song is a discotronic remix pedersen 02-24-2008, 01:35 PM it was not Beck-We Dance Alone Request Line Productions 02-24-2008, 01:35 PM Beck - We Dance Alone (remix):sqlaugh: jokerswild 02-24-2008, 01:38 PM Are you possibly refering to the Vonage commercial song... if so it's "Woo Hoo" by The 5,6,7,8's but this is not any sort of techno song... and is the only hits other than a Robert Plant song that I can find.... need more of the lyrics to do a proper google search. Another possible and this would fit the genre is "Hoo Woo Woo" by Electronicat off of their 21st Century album... If you have itunes do a search for woo hoo and both will come up the Vonage theme and the Electronicat's Hope this helps... Ruben Mora 02-24-2008, 01:42 PM You must give your answer in a form of a question. jokerswild 02-24-2008, 01:48 PM You must give your answer in a form of a quesiton. Contestant: Alex, I'll take "Musical Lyrics" for a $1000. Alex: The following is a musical clue.... music.... "Doo Doo do do do..." Contestant: Who is the Electronicat's? Alex: Oh, I'm so sorry we also needed to song's title. The correct answer was; What is Hoo Woo Woo by the Electronicat's? pedersen 02-24-2008, 02:08 PM i Know it`s a male singing doo doo, and it`s a dance/trance song. I also mean it`s a discotronic remix, but don`t know the artist or real song name. pedersen 02-24-2008, 02:48 PM someone who can help me with this? Request Line Productions 02-24-2008, 04:12 PM Erick Sermon ft. Marvin Gaye - Music (remix) ? Listen here (http://search.playlist.com/tracks/Erick%2520Sermon#) pedersen 02-24-2008, 04:28 PM it was not that song, there is not so much song in it, and there i more power in the song Request Line Productions 02-24-2008, 04:37 PM Do you have the year/decade? pedersen 02-24-2008, 04:43 PM i have ask the dj on mmradio, but he won`t tell me anything because of the rules they have on the radio. I really hope someone can help, because i would like to the song next weekend to a big party. dj p_jen 02-24-2008, 04:46 PM If there's a remix out there of it, it sounds like No Rain by Blind Melon. pedersen 02-24-2008, 05:00 PM it was not that either, it`s a dance/trance song, and the male says doo doo doo, but it`s mostly music, and i think it´s a discotronic remix. dj p_jen 02-24-2008, 05:16 PM I don't know if you noticed this or not. but on their website it scrolls the name of the song currently playing right above Contact Us in the yellow part. Maybe try to wait for them to play it again and see that way? pedersen 02-24-2008, 05:18 PM they almost never say what they are playing in the radio dj p_jen 02-24-2008, 05:20 PM That's odd. I'm watching them do it right now. On the main page of their site, listening on WMP. Ruben Mora 02-24-2008, 05:40 PM Let me be the first. Without any more information, it will be in impossible to name the song. All that you told us is that … “It’s a dance/trance song, it’s a male who sings doo doo.” Or “I mean the song is a discotronic remix” Not much to go on. It would be a waste of time without more of the lyrics. Good luck on your search. pedersen 02-25-2008, 11:16 AM They dont sing much in that dance/trance song, it`s mostly doo doo doo and a lot og bass. barry stamper 02-25-2008, 12:50 PM is this for real:sqerr: pedersen 02-25-2008, 01:02 PM yes this is for real, i have looked on youtube, google and div. forums, but i can`t not find the song. Request Line Productions 02-25-2008, 01:11 PM I spent a long time yesterday looking for this one. All I found were threads from other people trying to find it as well. They all described it the same way. Nobody answered their requests. There's something by Robotman that fits the bill but, I have not been able to find a sample of it. I think we may have to track down Sue for this one. jokerswild 02-25-2008, 01:14 PM In that case I wont waste any more time on it except to tell you that DJ_Jen's suggestion for login into their website and just waiting for the song to play again is your best bet.... if it's in rotation you will hear it again it's just a matter of time... I don't really know why a radio station would have any sort of policy against telling a caller the name and artist of a song they just played... after all it is a radio stations job to promote the music and artists that they play... and if they are unwilling to share that information with their listener's they are doing the artists a big disservice... and shouldn't be in the radio business... those of you in the radio business correct me if I'm wrong on this... but every time I've called the local station they had no problem telling me the name, artist and even album information.... after all record sales and commercial space is what radio is all about. pedersen 02-25-2008, 02:57 PM I have another question, i have heard a the old song i`ll fly with you with Gigi D`Agostino, but it`s out in a new mix with Sammy G, anyone there can tell me where i can find the song? barry stamper 02-25-2008, 03:17 PM I can't find any info on the remix have you tried searching the NET? pedersen 02-25-2008, 03:24 PM Yes i have tried on the net, bu can´t find the song. barry stamper 02-25-2008, 03:28 PM You may want to try in a more dance oriented forum oh and hey try the thanks button it will also help in getting your questions answered. Scott Hanna 02-25-2008, 03:43 PM you mean you tried typing in "doo doo doo" in a search engine and the song didnt come up? hmmmmmmmmmmm pedersen 02-25-2008, 03:50 PM yes i have tried that, but there is not any trance/dance song with that name. Ruben Mora 02-25-2008, 06:53 PM Were beating a dead horse!!! knardini 02-25-2008, 06:57 PM PM DJ Sue for suggested online sources. In fact search some of her recent posts about music, she listed 4-5 "clubby" download sites. | |
