How about everybody list four songs that they like to dance to you know the ones you slip into the mix when you think the time is right:spcool:. like for me;

1) Grand funk / Some kind of wonderful
2) The soulchip feat vscott / Let's rock (not the funker version)
3) Uncle Kracker / in a little while
4) Cherry / Boogie On The Floor

So none of you people can come up with four songs you love to dance to or are you to busy to give it some thought? If this is done right it could really be helpful and interesting at the same time. Come on play the game it will even give some insight into the people here.:spkiss:

It would help if you posted in the right forum, this is not a debate thread, it's a music thread.

So, 'let's dance' over to the correct one. :)

Besides, I'm a dj....I don't dance! hahaha lol!!

How did you know I was lazy. It is a real effort to think this early in the day. Usually takes me 8 to 10 hours to get up to speed. By then, it is time to go to bed. I'll see what I can come up with later tonight, just bear with me.

Come on Bryan, cut him some slack. He wants to incite a riot here with his insight on dance music. You see, I think I have this topic in sight.

My apologies Let's Dance if my post begun a string of other negative posts. Did you notice my smiley? (Regardless if you sort of went off because no one was posting on your thread even though it's not in the right board.)

Anyways, if a staff member could move this to the appropriate area of the board, maybe this thread can get back on topic.

Crossing the boundries of decades and generations, a dance disc I just compiled for a more middle aged crowd:

You're The First, The Last, My Everything- Barry White

Mony Mony- ( Billy Idol preferred to the original Tommy James & The Shondells)

Hot Stuff- Donna Summer

Cha Cha Electric Slide- pick your artist...

The Twist- Chubby Checker

Devil With The Blue Dress/Good Golly Miss Molly- Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels

Brick House- Commodores

Low- Feat T-Pain

Get Down Tonight- K.C. & The Sunshine band

Footloose- Kenny Loggins

Billie Jean- Michael Jackson

Think- Aretha Franklin

....and slow it down with Three Times A Lady- The Commodores

After The Lovin'- Englebert Humperdinck

Can't Help Fallin' In Love- Elvis

... and believe it or not, if the mood, age group, and time seem right, for nostalgia's sake I throw in.....are ya ready?.......here it comes.......

The Hustle- Van McKoy and/or Stayin' Alive- The Bee Gees

My " Middle Aged Dance Disc #2"
