In FF the map is not in proportion with the states that are listed.
In Both IE & FF the table that houses the members has text all over the place and not in an organized fashion.

I just rebooted my computer and as Bounce said now I see what he mentioned even on Firefox. Sorry Johnny I cant help ya.

Did this do anything? Calling all experts.

I changed my "encoding" from "windows-1252" to "utf-8" (one of the things w3c recommended).

vinyl i'm gonna copy ur page over and look at it locally on my lappy. I'll give a synopsis later on what needs to be done, I did look at the validator and some of the stuff can slide.

Vinyl, give this a look over, It was mearly a cosmetic issue that was causing confusion, I added colors and realigned the columns to make it more appeasing. You may need to take it into frontpage or dreamweaver and tweak it there, otherwise you can use it as a guide if you wish.

Warning: It may not be as simple as uploading the htm page up and having it just work, you may need to do some tweaking.

Sorry. I get it now. This is exactly why I like feedback when I ask for it. I organised the table in this fashion weeks ago, and the little feedback that I got was good.

Vinyl, i'll do some research for you and model after what some other mainstream websites and how they are organizing their long lists of data and how might you better be able to do so. Tip: Get a method and stick with it, if your current model is working for you, then don't change it, however it is easier to change now than in the long run.

If you have the ability to do MY SQL, John Neetz (Bigtime) wrote some code that would be perfect for the listings.

Your last point is exactly right, which is why, since I have had the list in this format for many weeks, after I requested feedback, as I always do, I do not feel like revamping it again.

This is not a slam either. But you may have noticed all the whining and moaning that I have been doing about lack of feedback. And you have actually NAILED right on why I like feedback right away as opposed to later, when it is more of a pain to change things and have to try to get peoples' approval again.

Its info is tied in with the W3 site, but WebXACT's analyses and clear explanations of them are what make a grande difference.
