I talked to the site's owner: both domains are for sale, they have great potential for someone wanting a turn-key DJ directory service at a very low price.
Its also possible that someone like Sid or Scott would pay for such a site, if the price is under $5k.
The site needs a LOT of new HTML work-- probably why nobody's made him an offer yet.
