I just figured out that these are two different programs. On another thread I noticed that quite a few people here use Virtual DJ. I've met a couple local people recently who are using Virtual DJ Studio.
One of my major requirements is that the program play Karaoke and display Karaoke lyrics that can be put onto and external LCD monitor. I'm using windows VISTA home premium on a Dell laptop.
So, can y'all just tell me what you like about the program that you're using whether it's the VDJ or Virtual DJ Studio. I'm not into beat matching or scratching or any kind of advanced techniques. I want to play music at weddings, bars etc. and be able to fade from one song to the next without much fuss. I like simple.
I'm looking at the VDJ Home Edition for $29 euros, whatever that is in $$$. I don't need a lot of advanced features and can't afford $239 euros right now.
Thanks
