Free Audio Editor 2008

I was just reading about this program, it mixes splices and dices music supposedly, I haven't tried it yet but it's a free download so I'll give it a try soon.

Probably not, I haven't downloaded it yet but I'm guessing this wouldn't do something like that. You're looking for an audio stream ripper, search www.download.com for one. :)
