Air Guitar

Has anyone done an air guitar contest? I have one this Sunday. Several thoughts have run through my head on how to do this. Any suggestions?

We do them all the time during Bar Mitzvahs with the plastic guitars. Lately weve been calling it AM-AIR-A CAN IDOL or sometimes we do it guitar hero esque.

With Bar Mitzvahs i usually have all the kids 21 and under come up and pick three kids maybe 17-21 to be the judges and we do one song or two and the judges grade the performance.

I haven't done them, but I like the idea with the inflatable...

But a "true" air guitar is just that....

I would pick out a song that has a killer solo that they should know.... Like Shook me all night long.... maybe even play it a few songs before and let them know that think will be the song so they can hear it and start planning....


If they know about it ahead of time, they pick their own songs that they have done at home.... depends on how much prep work there is....
