By the way, Hi Im Scottie, and Im a multi-op. :sqbiggrin: 1cdj 04-23-2008, 02:06 PM Hey Scottie Im kyle i run a multi-op out of Greensboro NC we cover raleigh, greensboro and charlotte and other parts of the state, i have 15 employees who are dual trained in roadie/dj and run 15-20 jobs per week March-December 31 we lighten it to about 8 jobs a week in january and february and i go on vacation during that time. We are a team of 9 right now.... 10 very soon, one new guy coming aboard. Im looking to hire 3-4 more good men to train, or already trained DJs over this summer. Our wedding season really doesnt start until June-July with Aug & Sept being our busiest months for weddings. Christmas is always busy, and we always book fully for that time.
