I'm stoked! My wife and I were recently booked for John Grabow's wedding for November. He's the relief pitcher for the Pirates. Nice guy with a great sense of humor.

When I was with Creative we did a very big celebrity wedding at the Cloisters Childrens Museum in Baltimore City. We had to sign crazy non-disclosures but it was a rather large celebrity wedding 10 years ago...

also with our relationship with nascar we do a lot of pit crew member and support peoples weddings and a lot of the drivers attend these weddings but we havent done one for the drivers themselves. Our most recent one was in January of this year for the lead tuner of Toyota Racing Development a lot of their drivers came out for the event

Im contracted to work an upcoming Wedding for BC Lion's Legend Lou Passaglia's daughters wedding in June. First known celebrity event in Canada. It will be a normal event for me but will cherish meeting Louie. Perhaps I will dust off The Lion Sleeps Tonite for this one lol.

I've done www.markmayfield.com for his wedding, wife's birthday, and his daughter's birthday. He's a major corporate comedian, but hardly a celebrity. At his wedding www.mikerayburn.com played guitar. He's been featured at Carnegie Hall and Kennedy Center numerous times.
Both guys are super cool dudes.

We've got plans in July to take his 40' RV to Arizona. He want my whole family to go. I think he's nuts for doin' it, but thats how much he digs life. Its a 2007 model RV. That celebrity enough for me!

Oh yeah, I also ran sound for Sanford Strong from America's Most Wanted.

Okay. Sea story time.

The wedding was that of a highly respected Executive Chef from a major restaurant in NYC. Among the guests was the Federal Judge who issued the international warrant of arrest for Osama after the first WTC bombing. Of course that meant his name made the Muhammad Muslim Monopoly game's "Kill Him And Get To Heaven" list. The Secret Service had four agents round the clock on him.

During the B & G's first dance, one of the caterer's sub-chefs elbowed a 4' tree of stacked martini glasses which were to be used for the seafood cocktails, and the came crashing to the floor all at once.

The agent closest to the judge knocked him to the floor shielding him. The agent outside the front and rear doors came flying in weapons drawn (which I though was a bit theatrical) and never saw the fourth as I dove behind my facade.

In a second or two it became evident what had happened and the air was so tense and filled with anxiety it was almost visible.

Regaining personal composure and recognizing this event was about to go tube city, I keyed the mic, yelled "Mazel Tov" and turned the first dance song louder.

It worked.

Steve Whiteman (lead singer of KIX) would be the closest I would have come to doing a celebrity wedding.

I did do a wedding down on the eastern shore where Tom Clancy was party of the groomsmen.
