Thanks Error messages

Why can't I post a 'Thanks' to this? I am logged in. What gives?

Edit: I refreashed the page and it shows. But, I do get an error message after I click on 'thanks'.

You shouldn't be getting any error messages. What errors are you getting exactly?

With yesterdays upgrades lots of things changed if you haven't cleared you cache since the old templates may be cached. Try clearing your cache and see if you have the same problem. :)
