Playlist

Need a playlist for a Sweet Sixteen that will last me about 5 hrs. You know with the latest Hip-Hop etc.

While I don't know what is popular for Florida... I wouldn't rule out older music... some of these kids will go crazy for the oldies. And by oldies I mean 70s and 80s. Old skool rock and rap/hip-hop

I'd point out the Gig Reports section of the Big Show that has some great music lists. It should give you plenty of ideas and help in creating your list.

Also, try the trusty search function. It will turn up a wealth of music list info.

What ever is played in clubs, Edited of course with a few fun songs like YMCA, Cha Cha Slide, ACDC Shook me all night Long, Electric Slide, etc..

I agree with whats said here, do a little homework, TALK with the parents, ask what music is appropriate, you could end up assembling an entire playlist just to find outthat its not acceptable. Always use clean edits of the music you choose, mom and dad may be a little more liberal than other parents of the kids attending the show, they wont miss words NOT there, but they sure will talk about words that were. Try Billboard music also for the top 200,
