My son is going on a youth group trip thru our Church this summer and they had a benefit auction for items donated last night. I was able to purchase a Blackberry phone, but after review it's more phone than I'll ever need.

So, I thought I'd pop in here and see if anyone was interested.

It's a Blackberry 8703E. Includes the phone, wall charger, belt clip holster and a variety of discs for managing the media.

I'd post what prices that I've found, but there will be someone post that they can find it cheaper at such-and-such place. You do the research and I can tell you that I'm looking to get much less out of it. My deal, is your deal! :)

If I remeber correctly Blackberry can be configured for a number of providers. What is the Inteneded provider? Sprint?

so has it ever been turned on and assigned Verizon service or is it a totally clean phone. PM me how much you want.

From what I can tell, it's right out of the box. It was donated by the Verizon dealer, who's also a member of the Church. But, I can't guarantee that.

Could one of the Mods move this to the Gear Exchange?

I had taken everything out of the box and put it on charge. Again, after eveluating it, it's just more phone than I need and I like to keep things simple. That's why I'm getting rid of it. I'll take $175 shipped. That means I'm losing shipping charges.
