polls?

do you have to have a certain level to do polls? If not where is it?

As far as I know, there is no certain level or status to post a poll.

When creating a post, scroll down to the bottom of the page and there is an area that will have the poll information.

Select that you want a poll and predetermine how many questions you want in your poll then submit your original post and it will roll over to the poll and you can fill in the information then.

One thing that some of of do is to put the word(s) Poll in the subject line or Poll to follow in the body of the post to let people know that the poll is coming shortly as it will take you a few minutes to create and post your poll.
