Hey Guys!

What kind of software would you recommend?
I need the ability to add some special effects between photo transition and the edit tool for music.
Right now I'm playing with "ArcSoft DVD SlideShow" but have a budget to buy something else.

Thanks!

PS. I can also edit my music with Sony Forge

Why not use Powerpoint? You can add your own messages. You can also do music with the pics

Just trying to find out if there is something more powerful than Powerpoint...more effects, more eye candy, more options...
Also can you convert from Powerpoint to Media Player? For some reason I never used this software.

If you have the JPGs all you have to do is open the folder and hit "Play All". If Media Player is your default it will play the pic files
There are lots of effects you can do with Powerpoint.

I am not familiar with any of the above. They both seem full of features.

Pinnacle may be too over the top for some.
No one asked if they were by chance using a mac because really imovie is perfect for this kind of thing

Just a short update.
Finally I found a perfect program for my needs. I may start offering photo montage for weddings.

No offense, but that's like department store family fun night software. More like something that comes bundled with your new Kodak camera.

See Randy's recommendation above.
