This is totally local so far for my area. The link uses my zip code. And, if you want, click at the bottom for advertising solutions and give me your opinion, if you will, about how much it should cost to advertise on this site.

Click around...

Thanks a bunch.

How much does it cost to list my business in ByTheZip.com?
The price of your program will vary depending on the type of business you have and the size of the area you service. Our prices start at $80 per month for restaurants and retail stores and $120 per month for contractors and professional service providers like mortgage brokers and lawyers.

Rest assured, our program is very competitive and affordable, and helps to explain how we have added over 1800 members in the last couple of years.

Seems a bit pricey and would be out of our price-range unless they have some other pricing options for businesses like ours.

YMMV

I think it was on page 8 or something close to that! :sqwink:

I do like the concept of being able to search by zip code but never imagined that it would be that high.

Do you think you'll check them out and see if your services might fall under a different rate? It couldn't hurt to ask...just don't sign on any dotted lines..:sqerr:

I don't know. A lady in a parking lot came up to me today and handed me her business card. She saw my bubble party magnets. In all honesty, I was thinking $40 a month...

I haven't seen it recently, but they were running TV ads here.

Papa,

Costly. There is a lot of work to do for a potential client to find you. At least 3 pages deep before they get your information. I took a look at the main page and was overwhelmed with the amount of data.

Good luck,

Dave

Same here, product overload and saturated. I'd have a hard time using that site. Probably just be more specific in my Google search.

Papa,

$120 a month, or even $80 could buy you a WHOLE lot more with any other medium. Wink.
