Anybody try it? It would seem that Google would know the best way to set up a website for Google, and since we all want to be found by google......

I haven't seen this one yet but I'm a bit leary of letting the big G know all websites I own. They have another set of tools called 'webmaster tools' where they tell you what keywords you rank for and how much traffic they're sending you, etc.
My theory is that once they know you own sites X,Y,Z they'll discount the link juice in between the those domains. That's why I specifically register and host sites at several different places. For the most part I don't do anything screwy with SEO however I like to experiment from time to time.
I realize Google is an accredited domain register so it would be nothing for them to look up the owner data on domains but I don't think they go that far..yet. The whois info can be defeated with private registration though.
Where's that Brit? He knows a lot more about this stuff than I. :)

OK, Sherlock. :sqlaugh:
We've discussed this before. My problem HAD been that my content was rated for "University Grads." I fixed it and brought it down to "High School" level.
In the meantime, I have added content.
This morning, since the topic arose on the forums again, I ran another check, and I got "Advanced / Doctoral Degree." I've been wrestling for more than the last two hours, and I still get the same thing. Now, I am at the bare minimum as far as intellectual content goes--any less, and I will have no content whatsoever.
What the Hell is my problem (please folks, keep your answers limited to this subject at hand :sqlaugh:)?!
http://www.thevinylspinner.com Especially note the ABOUT page: it's kinda funny, but it's also really freaking sad--it's worse than a preschool story book.
I wouldn't take the "Education Level" stuff seriously.
Although MINE (lately) says "Grade School Education" (or something similar).
I would take that particular diagnostic with a grain of salt.
You can only "Dumb Down" so much....

Oh, great. I "F"ed myself.
Well, maybe not--perhaps this is a good direction. I talk too much.
