I am in california and everything requires, permits, regostration, fee's. $700 Papa! :eek:

As long as you have govenator you'll have those ;) plus cali is an expensive place. Come live in texas you can have a huge house like some that i dj at.

When I took a small business, the instructor said if you want to incorporate your best bet is hiring a local lawyer. So, you can also squeeze some answers out of it.

The last time I checked into it. The fees involved incorporating (lawyer and state fees) were some where are $800 in New York and this was a few years back.
