I'm back on Maui after having been gone for what seemed like forever, but in reality was only a week, one really long, flight delayed, no sleep week.
I went to CA to meet my wife after her teaching in Chicago for a camping trip with some friends to celebrate our 16th anny and her BD (and no I can't tell you how old!) LOL
I got into town a couple of days before my wife to arrange for everything and get all da food and camping gear.
I borrowed some gear from a DJ bud of mine and on Sat night in the campground I played music and shook da place up! LOL
Drank to much which is something I almost never do and woke up Sunday feeling like I needed a week off.... but we had to pack up because my plane took off at 9:30 AM on Monday and I had a gig on Monday night after I flew home.
Got home at about 1pm and was on the road at 4:30 for my gig, still feeling a bit jet-lagged. It went well, the gig endorfins (sp) kicked in and it was really fun, untill about 1 AM when I was driving home... ARG!! Anyway, I'm back now.... aren't ya happy? LOL
