Despite complications I had a nice gig

Just back from a 3 family birthday party for three 8 year olds and 30 of thier friends. I DJ'd from 5-9 poolside at a local country club, then played High School Musical 2 on my big screen from 9-11. It threatened rain all night...VDJ froze up once...a little girl stepped on one of my speaker cords and ripped it right out of the speakon plug...and I didn't get to use my new super big screen as promised (the overhang in the area we were watching the movie was to low)

BUT, all 33 girls and thier families had a great night, I got a $70 tip and the BEST part of the whole deal was when about half the little girls came up afterwards and thanked me for DJ'ing thier party....PRICELESS :sqwink:

Congrats are indeed in order, Kris. Anytime the pups say "Thank you" is a good time. :)
