I'm thinking about disabling the forum jump menu as no one seems to use it and all it does is generate lots of HTML for no good reason. We try not to delete threads here; spam, duplicates, and all out flamewars we of course delete. Otherwise we archive so it's always there for reference. When a forums index gets large enough I create an archive forum for it and start moving stuff with no replies in 45 days or more. The front desk just isn't busy enough to warrant an archive forum yet. You see, there is a method to my madness, or at least I think there is. :D A thread like this could probably get deleted but 2 years from now I'll be tinkering and wonder why the heck did I disable the jump menu and a quick search will show me. :) DjDennis 01-28-2008, 12:00 AM see thats why I reincarnated it again - just to show why you did it Dan :) DJMC 01-28-2008, 12:25 AM I use Firefox, and there is no forum jump menu at the bottom of the page. Glad this thread reincarnated, because I thought maybe something was wrong with my Internet browser.
