I used to do mostly weddings on Saturday evenings, especially in the fall, but every now and then, it was a nice change of pace to do a casual event like this.

Good job.

We were down in New Paris, IN last evening.... and setup in thier pole barn...

Yeah it was very casual... But, they spent a small fortune on alcohol... one of the wines they had was $200/bottle and they had like 12 of those... plus lots of others that ranged in price from $50-$200 a bottle not to mention the hard liquer, beer, soda, and food.

I was having soooooo much fun I lost track of time and ended up playing 2 hours extra... but, when we packed out my client asked if she owed us anything for the extra time.... I can't believe I said this but I said "Yeah, it was over time so it's up to you but you can send me whatever you like".... so we will see.

I honestly had such a great time that the extra time didn't bother me, and besides what else was I going to do if we closed down early, go home? :sqwink:

We did do karaoke too...

Ok I put together a gallery view of the best of the photo's that I took... they are pretty much in the order of events however the dancing and karaoke were intermixed throughout the night but for the purpose of the gallery I separated them into two catagories... enjoy!

Just got a great email and wanted to share...

I forwarded the pictures to XXXXX & XXXXX and they were thrilled with them. Is there anyway you could download those on a CD & mail it to me so that we can make copies of the ones we want & she has the CD to keep? I had started to take pictures but got busy with people, so I don't have that many good ones.

I do thank you both for making our party a great success - everyone had a wonderful time. I am planning on mailing you another $100 for all your extra time & effort - I'm glad you had the extra lighting - that really made the barn a party atmosphere.

Just let me know about the photos - thanks!

I did that one better I'm sending them a VCD... plus a PhotoCD that they can print from.

Sure makes a guy feel good to get comments like this.

Good going, Rob!

By going that extra step or two, you have made some people very happy!

Keep up the great work!
