First, I operate under two named. One, of course, is simply Joe Chartreuse Karaoke. However, when I have to whore myself out for straight DJ work it's Chartreuse Fuse Productions. Competitors are by the truckload: Edgar The Eclectic Egg KC Ricky Productions Star Tonight Sing-Sing ( largest multi-op / retail outlet in the area) Singers For You W. Wilson Productions Elegant Entertainment Karaoke Kat Mobile Music Entertainment and of course, our own DJ Don from Puttin' On The Hits The thing is, most of the karaoke people just use their own names, and the bar DJs use gangsta-sounding single names, while the Event DJs use their own, at least in this area. sparkieg 10-01-2007, 05:55 AM My company's name is Kickit Productions Mobile Entertainment. I have two backup DJ's.... But every company I know near me has acted like jerks whenever I tried to contact them... so I gave up caring about them. Like I said, I do my own thing.
