Anyone using DigiWaxx.com as a source for music? They are a digital record pool site. Just curious what the implications would be for copyright. They have quite a few of the big record companies including Universal Music Canada.

Any comments and ideas are appreciated?
 
Napster isn't good enough for Commercial use, at least not it Canada. Trying to get info from AVLA in Canada, but once again, it's like pulling teeth.

The ONLY legal source for downloads for commercial use in Canada is PODDS (PROMO ONLY). Before PODDS, the information on the AVLA website stated that ABSOLUTELY NO downloads are legal. It might still say that, as the information was still not updated the last time I checked, which was a few weeks ago. PODDS is fairly new and AVLA approved--the ONLY source for downloads which is AVLA approved, which can only be accessed by AVLA members.
