I'm not sure how to say this because I don't really like to get into the drama and politics of site vs site vs site, but with MB Vegas coming up, I know that many of us will all be there and there may even be times when we are all in the same room.

There have been some posts that come across to me as a "us vs them" kinda deal, personally, I don't like that, I like to try and keep good vibes around me.

If we really wanna be different and special, I think that we should make a point not to shun, cast strange looks or spells at anyone who maybe have crossed our paths on this thing we call the Inter-Net...

In fact, you wanna really show some class, maybe go a step farther and if you see someone, shoot them a smile, a knowing nod and in your mind, send them some positive vibes.

After all, we are all DJs and we can all learn from everyone, no matter where they post.

Just my little thoughts,,,,

aloha all :chuckthedj:

"Touch of Class" is a great statement...

I plan on shaking every one's hand... I don't care where they're from. I think that's the best attitude to have. I'd be severely disappointed with any of our members who didn't do the same.

Well, I won't be there, but for sure, I admit, there are 2 people's hands I wouldn't shake... and Sid isn't one of them.....

But other than that, I'd shake everyone else's hand.

I'm sending my dog to Mobile Beat in place of me this year, sorry i cannot make it. I feel that my dog could learn some new tricks and actually learn how to beatmix, dang dogs, can't do anything right. I told him time and time again, always do sets, but he insists on playing "Atomic Dog" and "Who let the dogs out"

You can shake my dogs hand for me this year at mobile beat in place of me, he follows simple commands, sit, shake, roll over, bark (MC Skills), and finally fetch (the check). You should see him running around this year, so keep an eye out for him.

Bounce Im not shaking no Dogs paw. No one knows for sure where its been. I will shake many a hand but a couple of folks will have to extend it first and I will accept.

I won't be there (still on the TSA's sh!tlist, plus working hard on new software).

Hope to make Mass. in the spring though, it's not that far...

Feel free to shake everyones hand for me, as I get along with most anyone, at every site

I’m there to learn and network.. not to get involved with politics..... In fact, I’m most likely going to have to go to Vegas to meet Jon... Even though he lives about 30 mins away.

Hey Jon.... looking forward to meeting you

I would like to think in real life the us vs. them mentality goes away. It's easy to sit behind a keyboard and stir the pot, in real life someone may just smack you upside the head. :sqlaugh:

I'd like to be there but it's not in the cards for me this year. Be sure to take plenty of pictures, please. :)

I went for the 1st time 2 years ago, but I can't make it this year. Have a blast at the conference and someone please dedicate a "birdie" to me somewhere on a golfcourse knowing that I wish that I was there...thx

He just wants you to shake the dogs paw, not let the dog lick you (cuz you know where thats been)

I want to shake everyones hand, but everyone please come up and introduce yourself if I don't recognize you first. I'm not the best on recognizing people I've never met before.

Same here. I plan on getting info & seeing new products in action, like the Denon HD2500. Also new ideas on improving my website. And networking for ideas.

I also wanna shake Chubby Checkers hand!
