Yap Rick is the Man and Borg of course. He have all answers you need and he will give it to you if he is not doing something else(something with Beer i think)!

Bright and early -- yeah sure, you guys kept me awake half the night :sqerr: :sqlaugh:

For me (just personal preference), if I'm going to use a controller, it would be the Denon 4500. Other than the fact that it is incredibly well built, it is also rack mounted, so no wasted space with a tabletop model. I also have a Numark Total Control, and an M-Audio X-Session Pro, which both work well, but take up desk/table space. I'll be getting one of the new Herc Rmx's as well, so I can map that to Rockit.

The next version of Rockit (4.1), also has a MIDI learn facility, so you can easily map any MIDI controller, without having to edit the mapper directly yourself.

Most of the time though, I will just use keyboard shortcuts, or a mouse -- that's just because I am handy with a keyboard and mouse :)

You can edit your shortcuts to whatever you want, in the Config->Shortcuts section.
