Anyone ever try them?

I once held a 60 Hour DJ-a-thon for charity that grabbed me alot of local press....And to tell the truth I never want to do that one again.

The new one I thought up...

At any major event (concert, hockey game, etc) that people gather I'm going to park my vehicle as close as I can get to the media vehicles with my banner tied to the side possibly with one of these on top to create attention.

Not only does the sign get seen by thousands but it looks like we are part of the event

I bet you'll get some unwanted attention...

Mabye....The way they park around the arena is what gave me the idea you would have to see it to believe it.

Jeff,

Careful of what kind of light you put on top of your vehicle. We spent several thousand dollars at the radio station I work for to put a complete light bar on top of the Hummer--only to have to change out all of the lights after the local authorities threatened to tow the truck, and have us arrested. Seems you can't use red, or blue lights in the front at all....and ONLY red and white in the back. Clear lights are ok, as are most yellows.

Again, it all varies depending on your location, but I'd place an anonymous call to the local authorities, before investing your money, only to have someone ELSE call them, and find you're in violation.

My .02.

and I wouldn't "tie" your banner onto a vehicle and leave it outside a venue.
here at the radio station, we lose a couple of banners every year...
and we've even LOCKED them to something. they just cut it off!
