Okay, I had to break down and un-iggy to read what mix had to say. Hearing him lecture on craigslist DJs and high-end gear was sincerely some high-quality entertainment. :sqlaugh:
Now will you answere my questions or are you scared to talk about you?

Hey Mix, would you mind telling some more of those stories about where you and your "partner" are DJing some majorly-cool birthday party in somebody's backyard for $200 (for both of you) where gun-fire breaks out? Those are just SOOO cool.
That's not me. You must have me mixed up with someone else. I haven't done a backyard party where opeople started a shootout.

You don't want to answere the questions not because my opinion doesn't matter but because you don't want to look at yourself! You want to put down those DJ's but refuse to talk about you! At least i'm not chicken to talk about me, where i've made mistakes and need to improve.

Mix .. We want the new you back ...

Ricky now just picture John (DJJohnThe1) singing :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

I had a similar thing to the OP happen to me last weekend. The other DJ had a crappy setup (and was a crappy DJ) and their wedding ended early. Sooo...the bride and groom from the other party knew some people at the one I was DJ'ing and came in with some of their friends and stayed a while.

Now...the difference is...I wouldn't dare post pics and criticize their service on a public forum. It doesn't do my business any good to resort to that. We all know what can make or break an event. I'm sure if the passport DJ posted their pics here we would BE VERY quick to help them re-consider either their gear, attire, placement without a total bashing unless they ask for it.

As far as copy write issues goes...All my music is stolen from Youtube. Sounds good to me!

And the op still won't come out the closet. What are you afraid of? You afraid we'll find out you no better of a DJ then the ones in the pictures?

You know, I messed up. I should've posted that it was ME who DJed a large-scale event, using a Passport, and wore a t-shirt while doing it.

You messed up when you decided to use your camera to spy on other people, then ridicule them to elevate your own self importance.

I can't beleive i'm agreeing with performance. Yet Ricky still won't talk about him and what he did or can do for a client. He thinks i'm going to give an opinion on him. That's not true. All i want is him to focus on what he does and how he can improve. Posting those pictures doesn't help him improve on what he does. He already knows he would never do a wedding using a passport system. If he had introduced himself in hopes to get those DJ's info and look to talk with them about improving on what they are doing, then i'm ok with that. What he did was low and tacky. It shows how unprofessional he really is.

MixMasterMachoMachoMan! I dont think their really is a need to call out Rick (the op)the way you are. He has no reason to prove who he is to you. He has a business and is doing quite well for himself. I would leave well enough alone.
