Just seeing if I'm the slow one, or if it's normal.

How long does it take you to setup and tear down, and with what equipment?

For me, a T stand with lights, fog machine prep, amp case, mixer/cd/mic case, 2 15" tripod speakers, and the decorating of a tabletop facade/table skirt, and wire management, along with a sound check and adjustment.

Setup is about 45-60 minutes.

Teardown is about 30-45 minutes.

This is with just me, a one person job.

How long do you take?

Single Operator (me). I allow standard 2 hr. window for Load-in, Set-up, sound check, and 15-30 min for change from sweaty work clothes to Formal attire or Shirt w/ logo and slacks. I'm similar to your setup, but no fog machine (personal preference).
However, if additional T-bar and mor lights are used, then I add 1/2 hour. Whatever time guests are expected to arrive, I count my 2 hrs. backwards; 1/2 change, 2 hr setup, and travel time. Works for me...the extra half-hour is built in for technical emergencies. Heres a photo of standard setup.

Full 3 Way System Without Lights. 9 Trips. 45 mins - 1 Hour setup or Teardown
Console on a Dolly
Process Rack on Wheels
Amp Rack on Wheels
2 Tweeter Cabinets
2 Midrange Cabinets
4 Bass Speakers on wheels
Rock n Roller Carrying Container (Cables etc), Laptop and Accessories in Flight Case, T Stand for Console, Flight Case with Mic Stands,

With Lights add another Half An Hour.
2 Way System takes about 30mins - 45 mins

Depends on the setup. It can take as little as 1 hour and as much as 2.5 hours to set up and 45-60 minutes to tear down, in the trailer/van and out of the parking lot.

I like plugging the lappy into the house sound system -- takes about 2 minutes.

If I have to bring gear, maybe 15-20 minutes (possibly 30 if I stop for a beer break). I'm lazy by nature, so I'll grab a kid off the street, and offer him $10 to carry the stuff in. I don't do lights, so that's not a problem for me.

YMMV...

When I run a similiar setup minus the fog machine, that is about the same for me; but, I also add a 30 30 - 45 minute window to cool down and change to more appropriate attire, and troubleshoot any issue that may come up.
My tear down runs about the same as yours.
