    I had this issue before. I launch Pool Player for Promo Only, the screen says Connecting to Server and it stalls out with loading 0%. I called support and they get on my computer and fix the issue. Is there a way to fix this on my own? I’m not a computer nerd. Lol Thanks

    I’m not a computer dude but upon further review it has nothing to do with Serato or the controller. It’s ITunes. I’m very sorry for the confusion. I found two songs that the music pops. What would cause this? Sorry guys!!!!

    I’m running Serato DJ on a Mac Book Pro. The last gig I had, I heard a couple of songs pop/drop sounds for about a second. Today I was playing back some music and it did the same thing and sometimes not in the same spot. Do I have a corrupt file, a computer issue, or a external hard drive...
