I was thinking about using the Chauvet Freedom Stick for a pole light ... It unscrews from the base and you can put on o-clamp on it .. battery powered and DMX wireless built-in .. and I can get a 4-pack for under $400

Depending on the Ultra Bar, they look 'reasonably' priced too. You can get 2 Ultra Bar 10's with a controller for 349. Ultra Bar 6 is 149. Ultra Bar 12 is 249. Not sure if the Freedom's have a place to put an O clamp - other than physically around it.

I do prefer Chauvet, so I'd probably go that way too.

The Ultra Bar do appear brighter .. but the battery powered and built-in D-Fi still sway me .. plus they're under $100 a piece in the 4 pack ..

The Q4 model is RGBW, but the color mixing isn't so great.

Think outside the box a bit on the all-white fixture. Imagine using these for pin spotting tables, no climbing ladders to aim! During the B&G intro make them go crazy to give them the big entrance look.

These also look amazing in rows on the floor behind the DJ.

Lots of cool stuff you can do with just white.
