Weddingwire did something right

Well for all my nay-saying, they did something right for a change. I just got a robo-call from WW, which said "A lead has come in, press 1 to be connected." I did, and immediately got connected to a quite-surprised prospect. Turns out, she had been referred by a DJ friend (who charges $500 vs my $750). Not quite sure how she found me on WW but anyways, spent about 5 minutes chatting, asked her for the booking and she said "yes".

Talk about instant, that was cool.

I assume she went on Wedding Wire, and saw your store front and called the number on the storefront which directs the call to you? That way they can track any phone calls to you from Wedding Wire?

Oh yeah, I gave WW shit about putting up a dummy phone number. That is NOT what I want my clients to see. I had them change it back and remove that particular feature.
