One of my lady friends ( I sometimes refer to her here as "The Hamster") was born and spent her childhood in Hungary, and speaks it fluently still. I just left a msg. on her voice mail. Hopefully, I will get a quick answer...
Do you keep her in a cage?
Does anyone know a hungarian nursery rhyme

The title of the rhyme is "Boci Boci Tarka"
It was a toughie because it's kind of obscure in the sense that it is a country, rather then general rhyme. People who grew up in Hungarian cities rarely heard it.
Also, it's not really about a spotted cow, but more of a calico calf ( who incidentally had no ears and no tail), but liked milk.
Here's a link to music and lyrics- In Hungarian, but can be read phonetically-
