Chauvet Freedom Stick Pack now available ... MAP at $499 .. I've seen it for $381 .. That's 4 Wireless sticks with built-in D-Fi, charger, IRC controller and bag. Might be cool surrounding a set-up.

It would be better if they offered them in an 8 pack as well.
Can't do a whole lot with only four except maybe truss lighting or accenting the corners of a facade.

or just buy multiple 4-packs .. only thing you'd get redundant is the UC controller.

True .. and being wireless, you may have a few playing Star Wars Jedi Knights with them .. but at under $100 each including wireless DMX, still might be worth checking out.

Yeah but I meant one 8 pack with one bag one 8 port charger and controller, not multiple four packs.

I would prefer redundancy on the charger .. not sure a bigger bag would save much.

I may get a set .. might be cool patio lighting if battery lasts 6hrs ... :)

Yeah would be good on a patio, and I can definitely imagine lots of other scenarios where they could be used but as Maestro mentioned, they do seem a little fragile and as a result, their need to be protected from the party goers will limit the situations where they can be used.
