Where Do You Buy These?

First of all, I am NOT referring to the 2" or 1.5" O Clamps. Do they make any O clamps that will fit around a 1 3/8" stand/pole? Where do you buy them?

I am having to use the 1.5 clamps with friction tape in the inside to make that fit. In the picture the insert on left is for 1" pole, the one in the middle is for 1.5" pole and on the right, without the insert the clamp will fit a 2" pole.

This one (See below) works on any size pole but it tends to scratch the pole. I can modify that by dipping it in silicone/rubber so it will will have a protective layer. I have used small felt tips to the end of the bolt and that seems to work too.

I bought the coating today at Lowes and will try it out this weekend. It costs about $6.50
