What will be your next Gear purchase on your wish list? Will it be an addition to or a replacement of existing gear?

addition -
needs
1 18" sub
1 amp
1 colorstrip type wash

wants
1 more Intimidator 2.0 ( i only have 1 right now that sits center on my t-bar)
led pars for uplighting / truss warmer
2 truss stands for speakers
2 6'or7' box truss for something Im trying to come up with
2 moving heads
Projector for GOBO

Im in LA/ So Cal. As clean or as neat as my setup could be, it doesnt have the wow factor yet. Especially here where everyone is so hung up on physical asthetics(sp?), I need to step up my game a little bit.

Would also like to build my own BFM Tubas sometime in the future.

Fuzzy,

What type of facade? Table top, or one that goes around your setup - Say a 4' table?

I've got 2 that I no longer use...but would want to know what you're looking for first.

Cheers,

Joe

Hey there Joe! Either/or will do but I am looking for one that will fit a 6 foot table.

Ok -

I just dug out the one that might work for you. It measures 5' across when the corners are at right (90*) angles, but if you angle the sides to 45*, then I believe a 6' table could be covered there.

It stands 4' tall, black carpet. I think it was made by Odyssey. Folded up, it measures 30" x 48".

Sound like it might work?

PM, etc if your interested.

Cheers,

Joe

Next things I can see in the future would be

1.)Wireless DMX
2.)Flat Panel TV 42" or larger and truss stand, or maybe just put it on the subs in front of the facade.

Shure SLX24/SM58 wireless microphone package:

SLX4 receiver
SLX2 transmitter with SM58 microphone

16 LED RAIN56 can's. Still unsure if they'll work as a direct replacement to my regular PAR56's, but I need to reduce power consumption, I've been blowing some 50amp 220's lately.

I guess it will depend on what events are coming up at the time.... all I want in 2009 that I don't have is a Bliss Light, or possibly a 4 Bar.....

2010 will be the year for Denon, unless I become totally comfortable using a computer 100% of the time.
