Sandy and I met Troy in Vegas. He showed us some of the things that could be done with it and I was sold on the spot.

Imagine this.....
Some one logs on to your page and checks your availabilty. The date is open so DJ Event Planner requests their info (name, number, email, etc). They submit info and seconds later you get a text message on your cell phone. You can call them back while they are still viewing your site! Awesome!

People always wanting a price and you have to type out the same mail over and over.... With the templates in DJ Planner, just a click of the mouse and that mail is sent. DJ planner fills in all of the names from its database.

Ever forget to send a follow-up email? DJ Planner will automatically send followups right from the database.

In seconds you can see just how much money you have made for the year and how many events you have done.

OMGosh, the program has so many goodies that it is unbelievable! The amount of time that it will save me will pay for itself 100 times over.

If you have not seen it, sign up for the free 30 day trial and give it a look.
I am a believer.

Thank you Troy!

I've been using a competing product for 3 years now and love it. These types of software are awesome.

at around 100 Dollars this baby does multiple things you pay much more for. Im about to purchase my own in the near future as it is a must in my pursuit of a fulltime DJ biz!
Thanks Troy for your awesome product.

For the price of a gold or even silver wedj jisting you can have gigbuilder.

I book 90% or more of my work from gigbuilder leads.

It is very easy to forward emails to a cell phone. Most major carriers have plans that will allow you to do so. I use Verizon.

The big advantage of DJ Event Planner over Gig Builder is the learning curve it has almost none! Another thing, DJ Event Planner is designed to be browser and OS agnostic something that should be very important as the PC world diversifies in browser use and OS choices.

I use the other software mentioned in this thread but please try to keep the topic on DJEventPlanner as they help pay for this site. Does anyone else have experience with them?

i've been using djwebmin and djintelligence. Can someone tell me what i would get with dj event planner that i'm not getting now. I love what i'm currently using but i would want to support someone that supports this site.

Scott, the first thing that pops into my mind is you would get about $100 back in your pocket.

In my research, I found that to get all of the features that Event Planner has, I would have to have both webmin and intell. Total cost about $200/yr.
Total cost for Event Planner....less than $100

Chris.... we can no longer have any reference to anything but advertisers? Rememeber, we said when we started this forum, that we would NOT be like other sites.... well, if we listen to you on this, we start heading down that path, IMO.

Papa, Chris meant this thread--not the entire ODJT site.

I know that, and I still disagree. And while I am an not an advertiser, I also pay for this site. I gave a donation and will be giving my ODJT pledge to Dan when the challenge is over.

Thanks For Making Me HiJack The Thread Buddy

I know that, and I still disagree.

Fine. I'm going to your weight loss threads with a bunch of my buddies to discuss the virtues of weight GAIN.

:p

No, I'm not. Yes, I am...Ha! Now you just don't know!

No Papa. If that was the case then we would have erased mention of the other programs. I just didn't want to see this thread turn into a GB fest, that's all.

You're the mod. I still strongly disagree.
