You don't have to present a card at the hotel you are staying at to get the rate? I know with us you do.
Nope in this case the rate is based on an advance purchase rate which is typically already 20% off Best Flex and then discounted I believe by another 20 or 25% from that..... there are certain restrictions such as 14 day advance booking in some cases and advance payment required without the ability to cancel for a refund.... so for sure be sure you are going before booking it because if you don't show or you cancel you are out your money.
I stand corrected yes it does require a voucher.... if you go to the website there are three things to click on:
1. Terms and Conditions
2. Rate voucher
3. Book your reservation.
I'm tellin' ya though as long as you know you are going and wont miss the date it's gold... it'll save you a ton on travel as long as you are willing to accept that if you don't show or need to cancel you are out your money for that entire stay's value all nights if booked for more than one. You would also be out of your money for the remaining stay of a multiple night stay if you checked out early too....

I stickied this thread because the link in the first post is still valid should anyone be traveling and need a room... you may find the rates using this link cheaper than even Expedia for example.
