Welcome!
Which amp do you have (model #) and what sort of problems are you having....

I posted over in the DJ Gear forum, basically i have a Behringer NU1000 and when in stereo output mode, my channel A knob does nothing and the channel B knob does all the adjusting, of both speakers, even though i have 1 speaker in Channel A and the other in Channel B.

Are you shure the selector swith on the back of the amp is set to stereo in stead of mono...

yes, and when i switch over to mono, channel A knob works both speakers and channel B does nothing, when i put in Bridged mode, Channel A does the work and B does nothing. Amp is brand new, is it faulty?

Check your other post ;)

Maby a cable problem? are you running XLR ot 1/4 inch tsr?

I just read your answer that you have properly set the switch, make sure your XLR's are working properly and your Speakons are also wired properly.

Try switching the cables at the amp end and see if your problem get reverse.

how would one check that stuff? I always have used a powered mixer/amp and never had to worry about seperate gain controls or different channels. They also have had the 1/4" TR/TRS outputs to the speakers.

Ok try this. One xlr cable to the right input of the amp from the right channel of the mixer then one speakon cable from the amp to speaker. THen turn the gain up and dowin on the right channel of the amp. Then try the other channel and do the same.

i'll give that a try tomorrow and report back my findings. Didn't think of that when i was testing things out.
