My snowblower took a dump last year, because ethanol was eating up the hoses.
And, I would guess the reason the venue is telling her that you cannot use the outlets...
is because THEY (or the caterer) need them for food service.
I know the caterer, he's self-contained. There are plenty of circuits available in that pavilion. My spidey senses are telling me there's more to the story. I'm going to meet with the prospect and her dad next week. I'm interested to find out what's going on as the manager and her husband just bought the property this year. I think she's trying to ring add-ons out of the client.
I've gotten 8 hours out it running a complete mobile DJ setup (twin Bose L1 M2/wB2 bass modules, DJM-5000 mixer, MiPro Quad wireless mic receiver, laptop, including 8 l.e.d. uplights and a 60" monitor.) I carry a small 2 gallon backup container as well. 50' 12ga extension cord keeps it far enough away not to detract from a first dance (yes, it's that quiet).
Why anyone goes through the hassle of a battery / inverter cob job is beyond me. It's heavy, pricey, cumbersome, and a bytch to transport.

Not to beat a dead horse, but the Honda e2000 is a great one. Very quiet. But a tad limited with power if you are also supplying lighting. I have run my DJ wedding system with it and a few lights. But string lights are a power hog and a bitch to do in general. Liability and all that is something to think of. I have a DJ bud I help with his, last show was 700 feet, it's a pain.

The Led wall won't be running the same time as the 718xlf subs and the 2 older jbl eons g2. I will be used to broadcast a football game during a tailgate.

Yea, my lights are 50ft strands, 2ft spacing so 375 watts per segment. A job like this would typically do 4 strands, so pretty much tapping out an eu2000, just for the lights. I could probably cut this one down to 2 strands, since is <100 guests.
I'd typically ditch subs. How much power does that led wall draw? Did I read that correct, 60 FEET tall by 80 feet wide?

Why not take multiple battery powered speakers, and take a power inverter to plug them into when they run low on their own battery?
You can keep your laptop, and mixer plugged into power inverter whole time...that kind of sips power so the power inverter should last a long time.
As for lighting use all battery powered par lights.
One of these manufacturers need to create battery powered mixers, and a battery powered SUB (Put an extra batter or two in there to keep it going). Also, ADJ or Chauvet need to creat a battery powered all in one light effect system....For example a ADJ BoomBOX FX "GO" version where it's ran on a rechargeable battery, or a Chauvet Gig Bar "Unplugged" version.
This I believe is where they need to go to create more sales. The lights they have been coming out with last couple years are not having DJs lined up to buy them because we want a new feature that makes it even easier, and more convenient...Battery Power! (That is long lasting)

For kick-a$$ performances in the middle of nowhere??? I guess if you need a battery powered speaker AND need a "full" sound, then you add a couple of these.
I think it would have been awesome to have a larger battery inside and be able to power a passive top on top of it.
A battery powered, 400 watt, 10" sub-woofer isn't exactly what I call "kick ass".
Oh...It's a 10 inch Sub...Well, if I were using ADJ 8 GO BT or 10 inch Powered Pyle Speakers, I guess a 10 inch battery powered Sub would compliment those nicely. It might provide enough bass for dancing at a wedding along with those 10 inch pyle speakers. Hook up a power inverter to keep them going once batteries get low. Should be able to provide sound for a 5 to 6 hour event by doing this!

I wish they came out with serious battery powered mini moving head lights and lighting effects....That would truly eliminate the need for power cables, and we can EASILY put together a wireless, Very Clean looking set up on a light stand. I want that to happen!
