I saw your and decieded to contact you, we have a get together which will take place on the 26th of next month, am not sure if you are available that day, do let me know what your service and charges are. The event is a coporate event and will start by 2pm and ends 7pm, we want you to be at the event place by 3pm, that is when we need you till 7pm. Am presntly out of town but am doing this just to set things right. Pls get back to me with all necessary informations so as to know where to go from there. This event is stricly for adults.

There may indeed be a house booking on the date and timeframe in question but it may not be under a Jerry Max. This Jerry character could pose as the person in charge of the company who rented the hall and no one would be the wiser.
It's very easy to learn a rental venue's calendar schedule and make attempts to scam prospective vendors.
