I have a Sushi DMX controller, the $39 deal with free software. Some wonder about it..that cheap? free software? And I bought it some 20 months ago.
Well, I have new lights coming so tried new software, needed a firmware update to the device. Of course i'm doing this christmas eve...and of course I have issues...
So I email DMXSoft..and on CHRISTMAS DAY get a response..and the conversation continued and there was an offer to get on my laptop via remote and see what they could do to fix the issue.
Well, after a few try this, new drivers, now do that..it all works.
